The room had a big desk by the window, but the bathtub had hair in it.

We stayed in the King Suite for 2 nights. The room was spacious and had a nice layout with doors separating the main area from the pullout couch. The back patio was a peaceful spot to relax, and the area had this cool rugged charm. The bed was comfy, but it would’ve been great if the decor felt a bit fresher. Overall, nice space to unwind!

We had a great time soaking in the rustic charm of our King Suite and enjoyed the lovely artwork around the hotel. The outdoor sun terrace and the cozy TV lounge were perfect spots to unwind after a day of exploring. I did notice that the Wi-Fi was pretty weak in our room, but it didn't really take away from our awesome stay! 😊

This place suits me perfectly, with free wi-fi, laundry facilities, and 24-hour reception. I still remember how the staff helped me find my lost earring during my first stay. I highly recommend staying here. I’ll be back for a business trip!

The King Suite featured classy decor with a cozy, lodge vibe. It offered a fridge, microwave, and a wet bar sink. A comfortable sitting area with a fold-out queen sleeper, making it great for family gatherings.
The pillows were excessively thick, causing some neck discomfort. While the breakfast included good options like biscuits and gravy, the late start at 8 AM was frustrating, especially when we waited until 8:20 AM without any signs of movement. The overall lighting in the room felt insufficient, making the space appear darker than ideal.

Strongly recommend! ❤️😊

The log cabin vibe at Boulder Creek Lodge made me feel right at home. I loved the gorgeous creek view from my window, which added a soothing touch to my stay. The staff were super friendly and helpful, making check-in easy. The location is perfect—just a short walk to restaurants and shops in the quaint town. However, I encountered a few hiccups. The breakfast offerings were limited, lacking hot options like eggs or sausages, which was disappointing. The common areas could use some upkeep. the carpet looked worn and needed a good cleaning. I noticed some junk in the corner of the bathroom and a used coffee pod left in the maker. While the bed was comfortable, the pillows were too thick and didn't align well with my neck. There were no extra blankets available when I asked for more, which made my night a bit chilly. Despite these issues, the ambiance and location made my visit enjoyable.

Great for a Smoky Family Getaway
So, we stayed for 2 nights in a King Suite. The room was spacious and comfy, perfect for winding down after a long day. The genuine log cabin vibe warmed my heart as I sipped coffee from that cute cafe across the parking lot.
Pricing felt a bit on the higher side, but acceptable given the overall experience.

great location with room for improvement
The King Suite was spacious and had a nice layout. I loved hearing the creek outside the window. The staff at the front desk were friendly. However, our room had only a thin sheet and no comforter, which made it chilly at night. The artwork in the room was a plus, but cleanliness could use some more attention.
